The circle symbol on a care label refers to dry cleaning. A plain circle means dry-clean; a crossed-out circle means do not dry-clean; letters inside the circle tell the cleaner which solvent to use.

If in doubt, bring the garment in and we'll advise — there's no charge for a quick assessment.

Garments that benefit most

Wool suits and coats, silk dresses and blouses, structured jackets, formal wear and heavy winter coats all last significantly longer with regular professional dry cleaning.

For everyday cotton shirts, professional laundering and pressing is usually a better fit than dry cleaning.

Stain removal

The most important thing you can do with a stain is not treat it at home before bringing it in. Water and household detergents can set some stains permanently.

Point the stain out at drop-off and tell us what caused it if you know — that helps us pick the right treatment.

Standard dry cleaning is ready in 2–3 working days. Same-day service is available for suits and shirts dropped off before 10am, Monday to Friday.
